FAQ about booking a parking space with McParking
Your vehicle must not exceed the maximum height of 2.10 m when entering the multi-storey car park. Both in the multi-storey car park and in the car park, the permissible vehicle width is 2.20 m and vehicle length 5.50 m.
We offer our XL car parks for larger vehicles. These are located in the open-air car park and can be booked online or on site.
Please also note the restrictions indicated on site
When you book with us, we guarantee a free pitch on the booked day of arrival. We do not allocate a fixed pitch number.
It is mandatory to enter your licence plate number when booking. By entering your licence plate number, you can drive through the barrier conveniently and contactlessly. It also helps to allocate the parked vehicles to the bookings and thus to contact the owner directly if necessary.
If you change to a different licence plate number before you arrive, you can enter the change in your booking yourself or inform our employee of the change at check-in.
After landing and transferring back to the multi-storey car park or car park, drive your car to the exit barrier, which will open automatically based on the number plate recognition. Alternatively, please use the QR code from the car park ticket.
If you have not paid for your parking space in advance or are parking for longer than booked, you must make the corresponding payment at the pay machine or to our staff before leaving the car park
When you drive up to our multi-storey car park or car park, the barrier opens automatically using number plate recognition.
You will also find a QR code on your car park ticket. If the licence plate recognition does not work, please hold this code up to the reader
Please first check the spam folder of the email address you used for the booking. Depending on your individual security settings, the booking confirmation may have been placed there so that the booking confirmation is not displayed directly in your inbox.

No, our guests generally park without key collection. At our location in Berlin-Bohnsdorf, however, key collection can be booked as an option. You will find this option on the booking screen

Yes, you must book in advance. You will receive a car park ticket from us with your reservation. Please note that you cannot enter our car park without the parking ticket
After arriving at McParking, we will drive you to the airport terminal in a comfortable low-floor bus, the transfer time is approx. 10 minutes. Our buses to Berlin Brandenburg Airport run every 20 minutes on the hour, 20 minutes after and 20 minutes before. The destination is the long-distance coach park B, from here it is not far to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The first departure from our premises to the airport is at 02:20, from November to March at 02:40.
After your return flight to BER, first collect your luggage and go back to the long-distance coach park B, which is signposted in the terminal. At bus park B, our buses also leave for McParking every 20 minutes, on the hour, 20 minutes after and 20 minutes before. Our bus usually waits there 5 minutes before departure. The last departure from the airport to McParking is at 00:40, in the period from November to March at 00:20. If you arrive later at the bus car park, please call us on +49 (0)30 41 400 300, you will be picked up in any case! You can see the exact location of the buses here.

The prerequisite is that you have booked the key deposit or our loading service. You can also book both services with us on site at a later date.
Please report to our staff when you arrive to collect your keys. If you park in the multi-storey car park, you will find our staff in the container to the right of the entrance. There is always a member of staff in the large white container in the car park.
When you return, please report back to our staff and show your identity card or passport. You will then receive your car keys back.
Note: If your car keys are to be collected by another person, you must inform us in advance and issue the person with a power of attorney
In principle, we are not liable for damage caused by third parties (e.g. other guests) on our car parks or in our multi-storey car parks during the duration of the stand. Liability is therefore limited to damage caused by us or third parties authorised by us.
There is a large shuttle bus with fixed departure times at our location in Berlin. Here you do not need any additional seats and are allowed to take children on your lap. Booster seats are also available on the bus if required.
We provide starter packs at each of our locations so that starting assistance can be provided without any problems. If we are unable to achieve the desired result, we will unfortunately have to call the breakdown service
In our multi-storey car park, you can park your car in the designated area and our staff will then carry out the charging process at the charging point for you. Your car will not be moved during your stay and will be waiting for you fully charged on your return journey
Almost everything fits into our large, comfortable shuttle buses. Every customer transported can take a large suitcase and hand luggage with them free of charge. We can also transport foldable pushchairs.
Bulky baggage such as surfboards, bicycles or golf baggage must be brought to the airport before check-in at the car park
The transfer to BER airport takes about 10 minutes
With every car park booking, the transfer to the airport on arrival and back to your vehicle on departure is included for the number of people specified in the booking.
You can book up to 5 people for the shuttle service free of charge.
For more than 5 people or additional shuttle journeys, our additional charges apply in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
We recommend that you check in with us at least 2.5 hours before departure.
This gives you enough time to park your vehicle in your car park and transfer to the airport
Both for parking at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport and for other airports that you can book through us, it is possible to book additional vehicles.
To do this, you simply need to create another booking or contact our support team by email or telephone after completing a booking.
The easiest way to do this is if you have a customer account with us and are logged in. You can duplicate bookings easily and conveniently in your booking administration.

ADAC members can save EUR 3.00 on every booking. To do so, you must select the ADAC discount on the booking form. The ADAC membership card must be presented on the day of arrival.

For flights departing from the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport, we offer our car park in Berlin-Bohnsdorf. (Gebrüder-Hirth-Straße 27, 12526 Berlin). Simply select "Berlin Brandenburg BER" as the airport, enter the period and complete the booking.
Your car is parked in fenced and locked areas. All entrances to the multi-storey car park and car park are also monitored by cameras. Unlike many other car park providers, our staff are on site 24/7, make regular rounds and help immediately with any questions or problems.

If you have booked online and have already entered the car park, it is not possible to interrupt the parking process. The parking process begins when you drive in through the barrier and ends as soon as you drive out at the exit. If you have booked a permanent parking space with us for a period of at least 6 months, you can drive in and out at any time.
Bookings can be made online, by email or by telephone at any time, even if the flight details are not yet available from the tour operator.
As soon as the travel documents are available, you can easily amend the booking online or send us the flight information by e-mail to info@mcparking.de or by telephone.
You can leave at any time on the booked departure day. You will only be charged extra if you leave after 4.00am on the following day.
The times you specify when booking are not binding, but only serve as a guide. The more precisely we have them, the better we can plan the logistics of the transfer. However, you can also arrive at a different time on the booked day of arrival.
Please note, however, that you must arrive by 4.00 a.m. the following day at the latest. Your parking ticket will expire at 4.00 am on the following day if you have not entered by then and the car park will be released again.

You can easily park with us for longer than you have booked. Your car will of course remain on site. However, it is not possible to change your booking period retroactively after you have arrived. It is also not permitted to book additional days to extend an existing booking by means of a separate follow-up booking. No refunds will be made if this provision is breached.
The additional parking fees must be paid on departure at the pay machine or at our information counter. The pay machine for the multi-storey car park is located in the stairwell by the lifts or directly at the exit. There you can pay the outstanding amount by entering your car registration number. For the car park, please contact our staff at the information counter.
With regard to the transfer from the airport to the car park, simply proceed as described in the booking confirmation despite the different return date.
It is possible to change times, licence plate numbers, number of people etc. via the link to update your booking in the booking confirmation. The rebooking of the travel period is only possible by our staff. Changes to the booking can only be made up to 24 hours before arrival. If desired changes are not possible there, please contact us by email at info@mcparking.de or by telephone on +49 (0)30 414 003 00.
You can also access your future bookings in our customer login. This requires the creation of a customer account. Once you have saved the new changes, you will automatically receive an updated booking confirmation and an updated car park ticket by email.
It is not possible to change the booking period after arrival. Please refer to the information under "Can I park for longer than I have booked?"
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If the parking fee has already been paid, we will refund the amount to the original means of payment.
If your rate can be cancelled, click on the link to update your booking in the booking confirmation. Your cancellation request will then be checked by our service team and you will receive a response by email. Please note the cancellation conditions for your booking. These can be found in detail in our terms and conditions. Alternatively, you can also cancel individual bookings in your customer login. This requires the creation of a customer login
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. If the parking fee has already been paid, we will refund the amount to the original means of payment
If you have selected "I need an invoice" in the booking screen, you will receive the invoice directly after the payment process. You can also access invoices for individual bookings in your customer login. You must have created a customer account for this.

If there are any irregularities in your payment, this will be automatically recorded by our accounting department. You will then receive a letter by post reminding you of the outstanding amount. With this letter, we will also charge you the additional costs incurred by us for the return debit note. The transmitted licence plate number or the QR code are active for parking regardless of this. You can therefore travel, park and fly with peace of mind.
Our staff can also discuss any discrepancies or outstanding amounts with you at check-in.

Before you enter the multi-storey car park, please report to our employee on the car park side in the information area. They will then allocate you an e-mobility space and collect your car keys.
The e-charging spaces are located on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park, and our employee will accompany you there after you have entered the car park (with the help of number plate recognition).
Our employees will carry out the charging process. We will not move your car for this purpose. As soon as the car is fully charged, we will end the charging process so that you will find a fully charged car when you return.
The exit from the multi-storey car park takes place automatically via the number plate recognition. Alternatively, the QR code from the booking confirmation can be held up to the reader in front of the barrier.
You have already paid for the car park and the charging process online in advance. You therefore do not need to make a payment - unless you park for longer than booked, in which case you will have to pay for the parking space at our pay station or to our employee. A one-off flat rate is charged for the charging process (incl. electricity consumption). You can find the current price on the booking screen. This applies regardless of the amount of charging actually required. You will therefore not receive an exact invoice for the charge used.
